One grip is enough
A cutout directly in the top of a small side table serves as an integrated carrying handle.
In detail
A cutout (for example an elongated hole or a grip recess) is milled into the top of a smaller side table, large enough to comfortably reach through with one hand. This makes the table easy to carry around the home, for example between the sofa and the dining table, without having to grab the table edge or legs.
Material
Plywood
Multi-layer glued, so it stays dimensionally stable and resists warping – with the characteristic striped edge that remains visible on every cut. Finish in natural or black.
